Question
How do I view my firewall logs on my SBX-AC1200P?
Answer
NOTE: The SBX-AC1200P operates as a wireless extender out of the box.  The Firewall Local logs are captured in the primary router that manages the home network.  If the SBX-AC1200P is operating as a wireless router, proceed with the instructions below.

The SBX-AC1200P has the ability to send notification of the firewall events logs in either of the following formats:
  • Individual e-mail alerts sent out automatically each time the firewall is under attack.
  • Local log is stored within the modem and displayed in table format on the Local Log page.

The Firewall Local Log is disabled by default.  This document describes how to enable the Firewall Local Log.
